Latife Kınay Kılıç

Latife Kınay Kılıç holds a Ph.D. in International Relations from Bilkent University, where she also completed her MA and BA in Political Science and Public Administration.  Her doctoral dissertation (2024) utilized a mixed-methods approach and an original dataset to analyze target state responses toward the external state supporters of rebel groups. During her doctoral candidacy, she was a recipient of the TÜBİTAK BİDEB scholarship. She currently serves as a lecturer at Istanbul Aydın University, teaching courses such as Foreign Policy Analysis, International Relations Theory, International Political Economy, and World-System Theory.
