Latife K\u0131nay K\u0131l\u0131\u00e7<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Latife K\u0131nay K\u0131l\u0131\u00e7 holds a Ph.D. in International Relations from Bilkent University, where she also completed her MA and BA in Political Science and Public Administration.  Her doctoral dissertation (2024) utilized a mixed-methods approach and an original dataset to analyze target state responses toward the external state supporters of rebel groups. During her doctoral candidacy, she was a recipient of the T\u00dcB\u0130TAK B\u0130DEB scholarship. She currently serves as a lecturer at Istanbul Ayd\u0131n University, teaching courses such as Foreign Policy Analysis, International Relations Theory, International Political Economy, and World-System Theory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
