Biography:

Onur ─░┼č├ži received his Ph.D. from Georgetown University (with distinction) and joined BilkentÔÇÖs Department of International Relations in 2014. He specializes on the histories of Russia, Turkey and the lands that connect them.

Prior to his arrival at Bilkent, he was a Royden B. Davis Lecturer at Georgetown, where he taught surveys and seminars on World History and the Cold War in the Middle East.
